CNC Electrical discharge machining

For material processing which is difficult-to-cut or having complex geometry impossible to obtain with standard machining the EDM technology is used. Electrodischarge machining allows for noncontact  removing of all materials conducting electric energy. Fortima’s machine park has a CNC hollowing machine Charmilles Roboform 4000 in size: 1200x800mm. Operation and machine axis allow for drilling in any 3D direction (vertically, horizontally, diagonally, rotationally …)

Metal hallowing takes place with copper or graphite electrodes which we manufacture. On customer needs we can work on customer supplied electrodes.

Additionally to our offer, we provide services in performing electrodes by CNC machine tools for Erowa hollowing system.
